Reading Clinics
Is your child ready for Standard One? Join our reading clinic to prepare your child for primary school. We offer reading classes to equip your child to read. We conduct FREE reading screening to determine the suitable level of reading program for your child. Our clinics are in English and BM. Classes are online/face-to-face (depending on status of COVID-19 or by personal request). Our reading programme has 6 levels.
Reading Programme
Our reading clinics are conducted in English and BM. Classes are groups of 4-5 students OR individual one-to-one coaching.
Level 1
Getting to know your alphabets
Print awareness and early identification of letters, sound-letter correspondence.
Approximate age: 2-3 years old
Level 2
Let’s Read Together
Phonics, early spelling, early reading.
Approximate age: 4-5 years old
Level 3
Reading Aloud
Start to use their phonics & phonemics awareness to spell and read. Start to read simple readers.
Approximate age: 6-7 years old
Level 4
Mastery at Reading, Writing & Grammar
Progress to read longer readers. Activities will be geared towards vocabulary building and comprehension.
Approximate age: 7-9 years old
Level 5
Enriching Minds through Literacy
Will enrich their literacy abilities (reading and writing) by reading various genre of story books.
Approximate age: 10-12 years old
Level 6
Champion Minds Through Literature
will read critically covering all kinds of genres of reading materials: novels, science texts.
Approximate age: 13-17 years old
